NOTICE OF DETOUR APPROVAL P. I. 0019079 HALL COUNTY Notice is hereby given that the Georgia Department of Transportation has approved the use of and the routing of a detour for this project. The date of detour approval is: May 9, 2025 The location of this project is along SR 284, about 1 mile northwest of Clermont in Hall County, Georgia. This project would replace the bridge over Eubank Creek. The proposed project consists of rebuilding the bridge while utilizing an offsite detour. The proposed roadway will consist of two 11-feet wide lanes with 4-feet wide shoulders. The total project length is approximately 0.1 miles. This project would include an off-site detour with an estimated detour duration of 12 months. Traffic will detour around the bridge by using SR 52 and SR 115. The total detour length is 13.94 miles.
